PHILLY Florentine Linguine
- 220 g linguine, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup (1/2 of 250-g tub) Philadelphia Spinach Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 to 7 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add cream cheese product; cook and stir on medium heat 5 min.
- or until melted.
- Whisk in broth and milk; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until slightly thickened.
- (Do not boil.)
- Drain pasta.
- Serve topped with sauce.
