Beef And Eggplant Casserole Recipe

  1. Brown meat.
  2. Combine with the onion, garlic, dill and pepper.
  3. Slice eggplant or possibly squash into long slices, about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. In a casserole 8x8x2 inches, arrange one layer of vegetables.
  5. Pour yogurt on top of this mix.
  6. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 45-60 min, till casserole starts to bubble.
  7. Serves 4.
