CATALINA Chicken and Grape Saute

  1. SAUTE chicken in oil over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side or until browned and cooked inside.
  2. COMBINE salad dressing and sherry; pour over chicken.
  3. Add grapes and heat through.
  4. SERVE over rice.
