Beef Noodle Casserole
- 4-1/2 cup yolk-free noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can (10-1/2) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup parmasean cheese
- 1 can (4) mushrrom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 tbsp. butter
- margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Cook beef, onion and green pepper until beef is no longer pink; drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine soup, parmesean cheese, mushrooms, butter, thyme and salt.
- Stir in the cooked noodles and beef mixture.
- Transfer to a 2 1/2 quart casserole coated with cooking spray.Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
