Frankenstein's Brain

• 1-3/4 cups boiling water
• 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
• 3/4 cup cold water
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
• 1/4 cup chopped pretzels

1. Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 3 min.
2. until completely dissolved.
3. Stir in cold water.
4. Gradually whisk in cream cheese until well blended.
5. Refrigerate 30 min.
6. or until slightly thickened.
7. Stir in pineapple and pretzels.
8. Pour into JELL-O Halloween Brain Mold sprayed with cooking spray.
9. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
10. Unmold gelatin onto plate just before serving.
