Oven-Smoked Almonds

  1. HEAT the oven to 300F.
  2. COMBINE all the ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan or on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Toss until the nuts are well coated with the oil and seasonings.
  4. Spread the nuts in a single layer.
  5. BAKE for 25 to 30 minutes, until the nuts are fragrant and toasted.
  6. COOL the nuts and store them in a tightly covered container.
