Black pasta with seafood

  1. Put the clams in a bowl, cover in water and add two teaspoons of salt.
  2. Chop the garlic and fry it in a crockpot.
  3. Once it's crispy and golden, take it out and reserve.
  4. Chop the cuttlefish and fry it at low heat.
  5. Put the clams in a pot (with new water) and bring them to boil.
  6. When they open quickly put in cold water.
  7. Add them to the crockpot.
  8. Add a 3/4 of cup of wine and let it reduce.
  9. Season and add the parsley, chopped.
  10. Put the remaining wine in a large pot and complete fillinh with water.
  11. Bring it to boil, add salt and the pasta.
  12. Once cooked, put the pasta in the crockpot and stir well.
