Green Onion Rice

  1. In 4-quart saucepot, heat vegetable oil on medium.
  2. Add white parts of green onion; cook 2 minutes or until golden, stirring.
  3. Add rice.
  4. Cook 1 minute, stirring.
  5. Add chicken broth and salt.
  6. Heat to boiling on high.
  7. Reduce heat to maintain simmer.
  8. Cover; simmer 25 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes.
  11. Stir in chopped parsley and remaining green onions.
