Super Chocolatey Flourless Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 300F.
  2. Grease a 9" spring-form pan.
  3. Beat the eggs loosely and set aside.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave, on high, for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stir in the butter.
  6. Microwave for a few moments more until everything is nicely melted.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Wash the orange and grate the peel into the melted chocolate mixture.
  9. Let cool.
  10. Stir in the eggs and sugar.
  11. Spread the mixture into the spring-form.
  12. Bake for 25 minutes.
  13. Turn off the oven, but let the cake stand in the oven for another 10 minutes or more, then take it out to let it cool.
  14. Dust the cake with cocoa powder and serve.
