Dijon Alfredo Fettuccine
- 1-1/4 gal. Prepared Alfredo sauce
- 1-1/4 qt. GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 2 gal. broccoli florets, blanched
- 2 gal. Grilled chicken breasts, cubed or sliced
- - fettuccine, cooked
- Mix Alfredo sauce and mustard in large saucepan; cook on low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
- Add broccoli and chicken; mix lightly.
- Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
- For each serving: Toss 6 oz.
- of the hot fettuccine with 1/2 cup each of the sauce, chicken and broccoli.
- Place on serving plate.
- Serve immediately.
