Fruit 'N Pudding Crisp
- 20 oz. can Musselman's sliced apples, drained (reserve syrup)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- reserved 1 Tbsp. dry pie and pudding filling mix
- reserved apple syrup
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. quick cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 pkg. dry butterscotch or vanilla pie and pudding filling mix (not instant)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in an ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole or 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in large bowl until well blended and crumbly.
- Sprinkle over apple mixture.
- Bake at 350u0b0 (325u0b0 glass) for 40 to 45 minutes until deep golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
