Fruit 'N Pudding Crisp

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in an ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole or 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in large bowl until well blended and crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle over apple mixture.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 (325u0b0 glass) for 40 to 45 minutes until deep golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
