Lemony Apple Salad

• 14 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 12 teaspoon grated lemon rind
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 2 Red Delicious apples, cored and chopped
• 1 granny smith apple, cored and chopped
• 14 cup diced celery
• 14 cup raisins
• 14 cup chopped pecans, toasted

1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Stir in apples, celery, and raisins.
3. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
4. Sprinkle with chopped pecans just before serving.
