Sopita de estrellas
- 2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil of choice
- 1 packages 7.05 bag of Estrellas pasta
- 1/2 Onion sliced as you prefer
- 2 tbsp Knorr chicken bullion
- 1 can 8oz tomato sauce
- 4 cup water
- In a 3 quart pot, heat your oil over medium high heat
- Add your onions and pasta and cook until onions are translucent and pasta are golden.
- About 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle bullion over onions and pasta and stir.
- Immeadiately pour in tomato sauce and stir.
- Add water and bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes.
- Reduce to a simmer until pasta are cooked.
- Serve with quesadillas or warm tortillas.
