Hearty Buffalo Stew

  1. Trim all fat from meat.
  2. Put all ingredients in slow cooker.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 12 hours (high for 5 to 6 hours).
  5. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
