Epic Ass Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dry mustard in a small bowl.
  3. Whisk together eggs, half & half, sour cream, green onions, and half of the bowl of spices.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Add brown sugar & bacon bits (or chopped bacon) to a pan on medium heat.
  6. Cook until the brown sugar has been melted and combined with the bacon.
  7. Drain & set aside.
  8. Microwave sausage patties for 30 seconds or until thawed, but not cooked.
  9. Mash in a bowl with bread crumbs and the remainder of spices and mix thoroughly.
  10. If the mixture looks too dry, drizzle a little bit of olive oil in the bowl and mix again.
  11. Set aside.
  12. Press a puff pastry sheet into a greased 9x9-inch pie pan.
  13. Spreading in even layers, add sausage mixture, then bacon, then cheese.
  14. Pour egg mixture over everything.
  15. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
  16. Serve hot with a side of sour cream and enjoy!
