Strawberry Adzuki Popsicles

• 1 cup cooked adzuki beans
• 1 cup coconut milk (I used Coconut Dream)
• 1 cup pomegranate juice
• 3 (1 g) packets stevia
• 6 ounces strawberries

1. Puree all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, then pour into popsicle moulds and freeze.
