Crockpot Gingery Bread Pudding with Orange

  1. Spread bread with butter and marmalade, then cut into 1-inch squares and place in slow cooker stoneware.
  2. Add candied ginger.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs with vanilla and brown sugar.
  4. Blend in milk.
  5. Pour mixture over bread and toss to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours, until pudding is set and edges are browning.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. Serves 6.
