Cottage Pie
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 3 cups instant mashed potatoes (made)
- 1 12 cups Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 pinches salt and pepper
- 8 ounces frozen peas
- 8 ounces frozen carrots
- brown ground beef.
- drain.
- add 2 cups of water and onion soup mix, worcestershire sauce and onion soup mix.
- simmer until boiling.
- in a bowl mix corn starch and half a cup of water until thick.
- add peas and carrots.
- mix in baking pan.
- cover with mashed potatoes.
- top with cheese.
- bake 350 for 30 minute.
