Sausage and Rice
- 2 packages polish sausage
- 1 can mushroom
- 1 packages Pico de Gayo
- 3 cup cooked rice
- 1 creole seasoning
- 1 shredded cheese
- Cut sausage into slices and put into pan with mushroom and pico de gayo.
- Cook on med heat
- In separate pan cook rice
- When rice is done mix in the pan with the sausage mixture add creole to taste.
- ( if you don't like spice I would put a little and try it until you get to your desired point)
- Add cheese let melt and serve
