Sausage and Rice

  1. Cut sausage into slices and put into pan with mushroom and pico de gayo.
  2. Cook on med heat
  3. In separate pan cook rice
  4. When rice is done mix in the pan with the sausage mixture add creole to taste.
  5. ( if you don't like spice I would put a little and try it until you get to your desired point)
  6. Add cheese let melt and serve
