  2. Flour chicken and Heat oil in skillet and saute till brown
  3. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Flour chicken & saute until golden on both sides.
  5. Remove chicken & place in oven to finish cooking @ 350 for about 15 minutes or until the internal temp is 180.
  6. In the same pan you scared the chicken, add butter & minced garlic & cook until golden.
  7. Then add mushrooms & artichokes & cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Add about a tablespoon of flour & mix well.
  9. Lower temp to medium/medium low & deglase with white wine then add chicken stock & cream.
  10. Add parmisian cheese & stir until cheese melts.
  11. Season & taste with salt & pepper.
  12. Place chicken into sauce, add peppers, diced tomatoes, & scallions on top.
  13. Taste for seasoning & serve hot.
