Sourdough Pumpkin Roll Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs and sugar together till thick.
  2. Stir in pumpkin, lemon rind and sourdough starter.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients till blended.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees F. in a 15x10x1 inch baking pan for 12-15 min.
  5. Invert cake on towel dusted with powdered sugar, roll up cake and towel, place on wire rack and cold.
  6. Unroll.
  7. Spread cake with cream cheese filling.
  8. Roll up and slice.
