Enchilada Pie
- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili arbol
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 10 oz canned tomato sauce
- 6 corn tortillas
- 4 1/2 oz black olives, sliced
- 1 1/2 cup Jack and chedder cheese, grated
- Brown burger in skillet adding onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and tomato sauce.
- In a 2 quart casserole dish, layer tortillas, meat mixture, olives, and cheese in six layers.
- Bake @ 400F for 20 minutes.
