- 24 -36 squash blossoms
- 1 red onion
- 1 12 liters whole milk
- saffron thread
- 30 g butter
- 30 g flour
- salt
- Chop red onion and zucchini flowers.
- Add to cold olive oil and saute until the onion is transparent.
- Add 1.5 L whole milk and 360 mg of saffron threads (three 120 mg packets).
- Salt to taste.
