Golden mushroom pork roast

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Place roast in Dutch oven.
  3. Mix two cans of golden mushroom soup with red wine and stir together.
  4. Add seasoning, salt, parsley to soup mix and pour over the roast.
  5. Cook for 1hour then flip roast and stir sauce.
  6. Cook for 1/2 hour then add mushrooms and cook for additional 1/2 hour.
  7. Slice and serve with lots of yummy mushroom sauce.
