Golden mushroom pork roast
- 2 lb pork roast
- 2 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 6 large sliced mushrooms or more
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 2 dash sea salt or to taste
- 3 dash seasoning mix or to taste ( I use Trader Joe's 21 season salute, but any mix would work)
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Place roast in Dutch oven.
- Mix two cans of golden mushroom soup with red wine and stir together.
- Add seasoning, salt, parsley to soup mix and pour over the roast.
- Cook for 1hour then flip roast and stir sauce.
- Cook for 1/2 hour then add mushrooms and cook for additional 1/2 hour.
- Slice and serve with lots of yummy mushroom sauce.
