Miso Soup with Myoga Ginger and Tofu

  1. Cut the myoga ginger in half.
  2. Cut each half into 3 pieces.
  3. Simmer the dashi stock and myoga ginger in a pot.
  4. Add the tofu and whisk in the miso to dissolve.
  5. Done.
