Easy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. In a 4 quart saucepan, cover potatoes with water.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender; drain.
  4. Mash potatoes.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
