Cheese & Nut Roll
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers
- 1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix
- 1/2 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- Beat cream cheese, Cheddar and milk in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add vegetables and dressing mix; mix well.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Shape into 8-inch log; roll in nuts until evenly coated.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
