Cheese & Nut Roll

  1. Beat cream cheese, Cheddar and milk in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
  2. Add vegetables and dressing mix; mix well.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. Shape into 8-inch log; roll in nuts until evenly coated.
  5. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours.
