Harvest Sweet Potato Biscuits Recipe

  1. Sift first 4 ingredients together into bowl.
  2. Cut in shortening till crumbly.
  3. Stir in sweet potatoes.
  4. Add in lowfat milk; mix well.
  5. Turn onto floured board.
  6. Knead lightly.
  7. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness.
  8. Cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter.
  9. Place on greased baking sheet.
  10. Bake in 475 degree oven for 12 to 15 min.
