Mexican Stroganoff

  1. Brown beef in large pot and drain .
  2. Add enchilada sauce, soup, chilis, meatloaf sauce, and seasoning.
  3. Stir until thoroughly heated.
  4. Add sour cream.
  5. Mix well, then remove from heat.
  6. I served this over extra wide egg noodles and put a salad on the side.
