Brie In Puff Pastry Recipe

• 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) Brie cheese
• 1 frzn Pepperidge Farm patty shell

1. Thaw patty shell without removing top.
2. Roll out with rolling pin till it is large sufficient to cover cheese.
3. Wrap cheese in dough, tucking edges under bottom.
4. Bake on cookie sheet in 450 degree oven till brown, about 15 min.
5. Serve with crackers.
6. Also good with apple pie or possibly pears.
