Loaded Foil-Pack Steak Fries

  1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Place potatoes in microwaveable bowl.
  3. Add water; cover with parchment.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.
  5. ; drain.
  6. Transfer potatoes to large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; fold to make packet.
  7. Grill 10 min.
  8. Cut slits in foil to release steam.
  9. Carefully open top of packet.
  10. Top potatoes with cheese, bacon bits and onions; reseal packet.
  11. Let stand 1 to 2 min.
  12. or until cheese is melted.
