Fresh Mozzarella and Fruit Salad
- 3 containers (6 oz. each) lemon low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- dash ground ginger
- 1/2 lb. POLLY-O Fresh Mozzarella, Ciliegine, drained
- 8 cups assorted fruit (honeydew melon balls, cantaloupe balls, watermelon balls, seedless red and green grapes)
- Mix yogurt, mint and ginger until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
- Arrange fruit and cheese on serving plate.
- Drizzle with the yogurt mixture just before serving.
