Fresh Mozzarella and Fruit Salad

  1. Mix yogurt, mint and ginger until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  3. Arrange fruit and cheese on serving plate.
  4. Drizzle with the yogurt mixture just before serving.
