Honey Dijon Pasta Chicken Salad Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound chicken cutlets
- 1 pound macaroni
- 1/2 c. honey
- 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. broccoli cuts, frzn
- Defrost broccoli (Don't COOK).
- Cut chicken cutlets into small pcs, cook and let cold.
- Cook and drain macaroni.
- When macaroni is hot, not warm, mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Start with the honey, followed by mayonnaise and mustard, then add in the chicken and broccoli.
- Refrigeratefor 15-20 min and it is ready to serve.
