Quick Fix Pasta Sauces

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 pound pasta, fettuccine cooked
• 1 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
• 1 x salt
• 1 x cayenne pepper
• 6 each tomatoes seeded, chopped
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 each garlic cloves
• 1 teaspoon basil dried
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano dried
• 1 pound spaghetti cooked
• 1/2 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
• 1 x black pepper
• 4 each italian sausage
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 28 ounces tomatoes can
• 1/2 teaspoon basil dried
• 1 pound pasta cooked
• 8 each bacon slices
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 8 each tomatoes chopped
• 4 each scallions, spring or green onions whole, chopped
• 2 each garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 teaspoons basil dried
• 1 x salt
• 1 x black pepper
• 1 pound pasta cooked
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 each tuna fish 7 1/2 oz can, or salmon
• 4 each scallions, spring or green onions sliced
• 4 cups noodles cooked

1. ALFREDO PASTA: Bring whipping cream and butter to a simmer.
2. Pour into a bowl.
3. Toss with fettucini, parmesan cheese, salt and cayenne pepper.
4. FRESH TOMATO PASTA: Seed and chop tomatoes.
5. Add olive oil, dried basil and dried oregano.
6. Toss with cooked spaghetti, grated parmesan and black pepper.
7. ITALIAN SAUSAGE PASTA: Cut sausages into bite size pieces.
8. Brown in 1 tablespoon oil.
9. Add can of tomatoes and dried basil.
10. Break the tomatoes into pieces.
11. Cook, uncovered until thick.
12. Toss with cooked pasta.
13. BACON N' TOMATO SAUCE: Cut bacon slices into 1 inch pieces and cook until crisp.
14. Add olive oil, chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions, garlic cloves, dried basil, salt and pepper.
15. Toss with cooked pasta.
16. SOUR CREAM PASTA: Over low heat, cook sour cream, tuna (drained) and sliced green onions.
17. Toss with 4 cups cooked noodles.
