Barbecue Beef with OPEN PIT

  1. Brown meat in stock pot on medium-high heat; drain.
  2. Add onions and peppers; cook 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain, if necessary.
  4. Return to heat.
  5. Stir in barbecue sauce.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally.
