Seasoned Sticky Rice Balls

  1. Put the rice and water in the rice cooker and let soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the rice.
  3. When the rice is done stir it around and let it sit for 10 minutes and close the cooker.
  4. Make the sauce.
  5. Mix the sake, soy sauce, and sugar together.
  6. Pour the rice out in a bowl and drizzle the sauce on it.
  7. This will help hold it together as it cools.
  8. Form the rice into balls.
  9. (helps to dip your hands in water)
  10. Roll around in the seasoning or sprinkle it on.
  11. Can wrap with a strip of nori but I was too hungry this round!
