Peanut Butter-Banana Brownie Pizza
- 2-1/2 qt. Food service brownie mix
- 1 loaf PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 cups Creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2-1/2 qt. bananas, sliced
- 1-1/2 cups peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1-1/2 cups Chocolate syrup or caramel ice cream topping
- Prepare brownie batter as directed on package for fudge brownies, spreading batter evenly into 6 greased 12-inch pizza pans (or 3 pizza pans for trial recipe).
- Bake in 350F-conventional oven for 16 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- Cool completely on wire racks.
- Place cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, milk and vanilla in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
- Beat until well blended.
- Spread 1-1/2 cups of the cream cheese mixture over each crust.
- Arrange banana slices over cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with peanuts.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Cut each pizza into 6 wedges to serve.
