Ham Cheese and Tomato Omelette

  1. Mix the eggs with water until blended; cook in a preheated lightly greased frypan until golden and set.
  2. Grill the ham steak until heated through.
  3. Slice the ham and tomato into bite sized pieces.
  4. Top one half of the omelette with the ham, tomato and salad greens.
  5. Drizzle with cream cheese spread mixture and fold over to serve.
