Ham Cheese and Tomato Omelette
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 ham steak
- 1 tomato
- salad greens, as desired
- 1 tablespoon KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread, combined with
- 1 tablespoon hot milk
- Mix the eggs with water until blended; cook in a preheated lightly greased frypan until golden and set.
- Grill the ham steak until heated through.
- Slice the ham and tomato into bite sized pieces.
- Top one half of the omelette with the ham, tomato and salad greens.
- Drizzle with cream cheese spread mixture and fold over to serve.
