Pam's Linguine in sauce....
- 200 grams linguine coked as package direction
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 2 medium tomatoe filled &finely chopped
- 5 grams butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 salt nd pepper to taste
- 1 tsp tabasco or red rooster hot sauce or any brand
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup veg or chicken stock
- 1 chopped parsley
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 tbsp bread crumbs
- heat oil nd butter n a pan over med heat adding onion nd garlic untill soft season with salt nd pepper add hot sauce and worcestershire sauce continue cooking add sugar continue like become thick add stock and tomato and simmer of about 8 min or so...
- then adding your cooked linguine in to the sauce mix well...in other pan over med heat saute bread crumbs in oil like becme golden brown turn off the heat add parsley...springle it over pasta.
- done served and enjoy :-)
