Three Month Muffins (Health Muffins) Recipe
- 2 c. oatmeal (quick)
- 2 c. shredded wheat, crushed
- 1 c. boiling water
- 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 quart. buttermilk
- 5 c. flour, mixed with 5 teaspoon baking soda & 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. All Bran
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 pound brown sugar
- Pour water over cereal.
- Add in ingredients in their order.
- Raisins, minced dates, minced nuts may be added if you like.
- Bake 25 to 35 min at 350 degrees.
- Store batter in plastic container in refrigerator and use as wanted.
- Baked muffins can be frzn.
