Harvest Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Combine stuffing mix with water, egg and butter or possibly use your own stuffing recipe.
  2. Place each pork chop on a piece of foil; top with a slice of pineapple, then with a mound of stuffing.
  3. Seal each package and bake in very warm 450 degree oven for 40 min.
