Harvest Pork Chops Recipe
- 8 pork chops
- 8 slices pineapple
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. bread stuffing mix
- 1 c. water
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- Combine stuffing mix with water, egg and butter or possibly use your own stuffing recipe.
- Place each pork chop on a piece of foil; top with a slice of pineapple, then with a mound of stuffing.
- Seal each package and bake in very warm 450 degree oven for 40 min.
