Meat Filled Wonton Skins

  1. Mix pork with sesame oil and soy sauce.
  2. (Saute first if you wish).
  3. Add salt, pepper, egg and scallion.
  4. In a vegetable steamer, steam bean sprouts, cabbage, carrot and garlic for 5 minutes or until tender.
  5. Cool, squeeze out moisture and chop into a mince.
  6. Add to pork mixture.
  7. Filling is ready.
