Pretzel Toffee

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil; butter foil.
  2. Place pretzels in single layer on pan.
  3. Combine brown sugar and butter in medium saucepan.
  4. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
  5. Continue cooking 2 minutes.
  6. Pour mixture over pretzels.
  7. Bake 10 minutes.
  8. (Mixture may look foamy.)
  9. Remove from oven; sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips.
  10. Return to oven 1 minute to soften chocolate chips.
  11. Remove from oven.
  12. Gently spread chocolate over pretzels; cool 30 minutes.
  13. Sprinkle with white chocolate curls; cool completely.
