Not Your Grandmothers Chicken Salad

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard until blended.
  2. Add chicken, celery, apple, walnuts, and tarragon, if using, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight, to blend flavors.
