Broccoli-Cauliflower Chicken Salad
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 medium red pepper, cut into strips (about 1 cup)
- 1-1/2 cups chopped cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup KRAFT CARBWELL Light Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
- Combine vegetables, chicken and tomatoes in large salad bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Add cheese and bacon bits; mix lightly.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
