Mary's Chinese Noodles

  1. Boil Linguini for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain all but 1 cup water.
  3. Add bouillon cubes.
  4. Cover and let steam for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Heat oil in separate pan at medium high heat.
  6. When hot add onion and cook well.
  7. Turn heat to medium.
  8. Then add celery and lettuce, and saute 1 minute.
  9. Add soy sauce, eggs and pepper; scrambling eggs while they cook.
  10. When eggs are cooked, add noodles.
  11. Stir Fry for 2 minutes and serve.
