Mary's Chinese Noodles
- 1 (16 ounce) package linguine
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 14 cup almond oil (or Sesame Oil)
- 12 large onion, sliced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 4 leaves romaine lettuce, sliced (outer Leaves)
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Boil Linguini for 5 minutes.
- Drain all but 1 cup water.
- Add bouillon cubes.
- Cover and let steam for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Heat oil in separate pan at medium high heat.
- When hot add onion and cook well.
- Turn heat to medium.
- Then add celery and lettuce, and saute 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce, eggs and pepper; scrambling eggs while they cook.
- When eggs are cooked, add noodles.
- Stir Fry for 2 minutes and serve.
