low calorie maple glazed chicken breast
- 2 whole boneless and skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dried basil to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- mix all ingredients except the chicken in large bowl
- add chicken and marinate 2 hours
- now u can either bake in casserole dish in the marinade at 350 for 30 minutes, flipping half way through or...
- grill or fry on stove top in small amount of oil
