Curried Pumpkin and Banana Bread, Abm
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
- 1 cup bread flour plus 2 ts
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons cracked wheat (bulgur)
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup bananas mashed, ripe
- 1/2 cup pumpkin canned
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your abm manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.
- Let the loaf cool before slicing.
