Steak Rub

  1. Mix all ingredients with a small wire whisk.
  2. Store in an airtight jar.
  3. To use, oil all sides of steak (or any kind of beef) with olive oil and rub steak rub well into meat surface (about 1-3 teaspoons per side, or more depending on size of piece of beef).
  4. Grill 5 minutes per side per inch for rare, longer for more doneness.
