Sausage Lasagna

  1. Prepare lasagna according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. In large skillet, cook sausage, onion and carrot, until onion is tender.
  4. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, 1 teaspoon salt, basil, fennel and pepper.
  5. Simmer 20 minutes.
  6. Blend together Ricotta, egg and salt.
